Spectrum of concrete construction

On September 12/13, 2024, the 6th Graz Concrete Colloquium will take place every two years at Graz University of Technology.

Jörg von Prondzinski from BILSTEIN STEEL FIBER and Stefan Gramberg from Vetra Betonfertigteilwerke will give a lecture on resource-saving precast elements using steel fiber concrete (using the example of a half-swing staircase). The presentation will focus on the optimization of a half-swing staircase with regard to component geometry, the reduction of conventional reinforcement and the associated personnel optimization.

And as a major benefit, the CO2 footprint could be reduced by 19% compared to the standard half-swing staircase.
