To ensure stable pumping, the concrete should contain sufficient glue content and fines (fines content), which act as lubricants in the hoses.

Pumping tests have shown that as a result of the straight fiber shape and small anchor bodies, the fresh concrete remains pumpable with significantly higher fiber contents and the test components concreted in this way show a homogeneous fiber distribution.

The hose diameter should be at least 100 mm, but with a suitable concrete composition, pumping through hoses with a diameter of 65 mm is also possible.
