Use steel fibers in self compacting concrete

Steel fibers can be used in self compacting concrete. However, it is important to note that due to the high fluidity and rheology of concrete, the fibers can be oriented in the direction of flow. If the fiber orientation does not coincide with the direction of the main tensile stresses, it is not recommended to rely exclusively on steel fibers as reinforcement.
